This package is great for anyone doing their first 10k-half marathon or a seasoned runner looking to improve their time and avoid injury. The sessions are typically used for

  • Discuss your goals, starting point, and how much time you have to train

  • An early check-in to make sure the plan is working for you and adjust as needed

  • A mid-plan check-in to discuss progress and how your body is feeling

  • A late-plan check-in to make any last minute tweaks before the race and discuss how your body is feeling

  • A pre-race check-in to answer any questions you might have and get pumped for the big day!

  • A post-race check-in to discuss how it went, what you’d do differently next time and what your next goals are

Six 45-minute sessions to be used at your convenience. Sessions expire 12 months after purchase
